Consultation is provided online/remotely (options: video call (Zoom, Whatsapp), audio call (by phone, Whatsapp), messaging (by email, Whatsapp)).
If necessary, consultations can be held in person** within Riga, Jurmala, and the Riga region.
At a pre-arranged, convenient for you time.
After the consultation, written recommendations are provided (within 48 hours of the start of counselling).
The consultation can be conducted in English, Russian, Latvian.
Before the consultation a survey, questionnaire and collection of information are carried out for a more effective consultation. You may need to provide video or photos of the breastfeeding process, breasts or baby (in case of replacing the consultation and conducting it after childbirth*). All information received from the Client is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

* If labour begins before the pre-arranged consultation time, the consultation can be used as an online consultation within 6 months from the date of purchase on breastfeeding or introduction of complementary feeding issues (optional).
