Home visit by a lactation consultant Aleksandra Nekrasova.

The service includes:

Questionnaire and situation analysis before the home visit.
If necessary, you will receive initial recommendations before the in-person consultation.
Home visit.
A written summary of the recommendations received during the consultation after the in-person consultation.
2 weeks (14 days) of online support*.

Visual materials and descriptions to help you recall the advice.
During the online follow-up support**, the consultant will monitor progress on the main topic of the in-person consultation and answer other questions related to breastfeeding, feeding, and infant care.

Transportation costs are added to the basic amount (69 EUR) when placing your order and selecting a location.

Home visit*** is available within Riga and the Riga region (approximately 40 km from Riga):

Rīga, Jūrmala, Mārupe, Piņķi, Babīte, Olaine, Ogre, Baloži, Ķekava, Baldone, and others by prior arrangement.

For home visits, as a consultant, I reserve a time slot of 2 hours, although consultations usually last 1-1.5 hours. If there are a large number of questions, we take our time and sort them out within 2 hours.
The consultation is held at a mutually agreed time.
After the consultation, written recommendations are provided (within 48 hours of the start of counselling).
The consultation can be conducted in English, Russian, Latvian.
Before the consultation a survey, questionnaire and collection of information are carried out for a more effective consultation. For this, as well as during online support, you may need to provide video or photos of the breastfeeding process, breasts or baby. All information received from the Client is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Follow-up is provided online/remotely**.

* The support service includes online counselling (up to 32 hours) over a 14-day period following and/or preceding the in-person consultation. The service comprises 15 days (14 days of online support and 1 day of in-person consultation) of working with a consultant, regardless of whether the online support began before or after the in-person consultation.

** Consultation during follow up session is carried out remotely (audio, video and messaging, audio and video calls, Zoom, Whatsapp, e-mail) at a pre-agreed time or from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Riga time (not conducted at night). The consultant undertakes to respond within 24 hours.
