• One-time, duration up to 90 minutes.

• Consultation is provided online/remotely (options: video call (Zoom, Whatsapp), audio call (by phone, Whatsapp), messaging (by email, Whatsapp)).
• If necessary, consultations can be held in person** within Riga, Jurmala, and the Riga region.
• At a pre-arranged, convenient for you time.
• After the consultation, written recommendations are provided (within 48 hours of the start of counselling).
• The consultation can be conducted in English, Russian, Latvian.
• Before the consultation a survey, questionnaire and collection of information are carried out for a more effective consultation. You may need to provide video or photos of the breastfeeding process, breasts or baby (in case of replacing the consultation and conducting it after childbirth*). All information received from the Client is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

* If labour begins before the pre-arranged consultation time, the consultation can be used as an online consultation within 6 months from the date of purchase on breastfeeding or introduction of complementary feeding issues (optional).
