Breastfeeding Consultation plus Follow up session (14 days)

Consultation on breastfeeding issues from a certified breastfeeding specialist Aleksandra Nekrasova.

• One-time, duration up to 90 minutes, with a 14-day follow-up*. If necessary, the consultant may decide to divide the consultation time into two parts in order to provide more effective counselling.
• Consultation is provided online/remotely (options: video call (Zoom, Whatsapp), audio call (by phone, Whatsapp), messaging (by email, Whatsapp)).
• At a pre-arranged, convenient for you time.
• After the consultation, written recommendations are provided (within 48 hours of the start of counselling).
• The consultation can be conducted in English, Russian, Latvian.
• Before the consultation a survey, questionnaire and collection of information are carried out for a more effective consultation. You may need to provide video or photos of the breastfeeding process, breasts or baby. All information received from the Client is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Convenient and effective for deeper study of the issue. Motivates a nursing mother on the path to a successful solution to the problem. Provides more successful help with more serious problems that require adjustment and supervision. 

* Follow-up involves further counselling (up to 32 hours) in the following 2 weeks after the consultation on the issue/problem of the main consultation.

**  Consultation during follow up session is carried out remotely (audio, video and messaging, audio and video calls, Zoom, Whatsapp, e-mail) at a pre-agreed time or from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Riga time (not conducted at night). The consultant undertakes to respond within 24 hours.
